Summary:Creative industry is one of the highly growing economy aspects in Indonesia nowadays. In the effort of developing national creative economy, the government in 2018 guided creative economic agents by providing infrastructures and technologies. However, there are still some issues in empowering creative economy Indonesian cities, one of them is South Tangerang City. According to Nizar (2018), human resources development and marketing in South Tangerang are not yet competing with other big cities. Creative Center in Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang is planned to respond to this issue. Creative Center in Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang located on Boulevard Bintaro Jaya street with coordinates (???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????). With total height of 22,2 meters, this building has four floors and two basements. This building will be used as creative activities supporting infrastructure including auditorium, digital and broadcasting studio, food and beverages retails, and exhibition room. The structural design covered in this final project is aimed to design reinforced concrete structure with shear retaining wall and steel space truss that is earthquake resistant. This design involved other related field such geotechnical, transportation, and construction management. The structure with seismic category design D was designed with dual system: Special Moment Resisting Framing Systems and Special Structural Wall System with addition of Steel Space Truss System that was designed with Mero System. The Structure designing process followed the regulations in force in Indonesia consisting of SNI176:2019, SNI1727:2020, SNI 2847:2019, and SNI1729:2020. The structure was modelled using ETABS and spColumn software. The Creative Center in Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang City was designed using capacity and serviceability design principle to resist loads that occurred and deflection because of loads.
