Description
Summary:This study analyzes the impact of the construction of the Al Jabbar Mosque on the increase in land prices in the vicinity using the Hedonic Price Method and analyzes relevant variables, including land characteristics and using the Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) in assessing the relationship between land value and the construction of the Al-Jabbar Mosque in Gedebage District. Through this research, it aims to understand that the construction of the mosque has a significant influence on the increase in land prices, with variables determined from the literature study conducted by the author. The variables studied act as important factors in influencing land prices, which are calculated using regression methods to determine their relationship with land values and prices. The research will attempt to show that there is a more significant increase in land prices in areas geographically close to Al Jabbar Mosque, which can provide important insights for urban planning in managing sustainable urban growth by considering religious infrastructure as a significant element in determining land prices. This research is expected to provide useful contributions to urban planning decision-makers and practitioners.
