In fact, until now the efforts for increasement of potency revenue PBB is difficult to be applied. One of the cause of the failure in fulfilling the target is estimated. The estimation is the technical of national taxation principal which is self assessment, in this principal tax payer counts the tax by himself, report, and pay that tax. It often causes the “building’s area deviation” case between building’s area that is reported by the tax payer and the real building’s area. For verifying and testing the report of tax payer, the satellite image is used. By technology improvement, especially in remote sensing. The investigation of building’s area deviation is expected can be received. As one of the output of remote sensing technology, Ikonos satellite performs as first satellite commercial which can produce high resolution image by recording 4 canal multispectral data at 4 m resolution (coloured image) and a panchromatic canal with 1 m resolution (black and white). In this research, satellite Ikonos Pan Sharpened is expected having ability to be used for modernizing tax block map and identifying tax object area efficiently and effectively without land survey. It is done for improving the quality data of SISMIOP PBB. Therefore the tax revenue from tax sector can be increased. text
