The increasing of land need in DKI Jakarta, in order to support many kind of economic activity and also house need, is not equal with the total available area, this issue has stimulated advanced development on area around DKI Jakarta, especially Bodetabek area. <br />

While doing the advanced development process, it's needed to do land suitability analysis, to check the total available area and it’s suitable level, the land suitability analysis process is based on each area's characteristics, where physical and sosioeconomic characteristic are chosen, consider those two aspecs are capable to show the land availabilty and land need. <br />
