The Family Quality Village (Kampung KB) is a program that focuses on community participation and cross-sector involvement. The Kampung KB Program has experienced scaling up in the expansion and increase in the target formation, which previously focused on certain areas and criteria to all villages through Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2022 concerning Optimizing the Implementation of Quality Family Villages. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to examine the process of collaboration dynamics in the Kampung KB Cempaka Ramah Anak (Kertas Cemara) in Tanimulya Village. The results showed that the regulatory gap and the absence of the Kampung KB Development Coordination Team in West Bandung Regency are one of the causes of the non-optimal implementation of the KB Village Program and there has been no change in scope from the RW level to the village level. In the Kampung KB Cempaka Ramah Anak (Kertas Cemara), there was an increase in the achievement of modern contraceptive prevalence (mCPR) and the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP), and although there was an increase in unmet need and unmet need for delayed contraception (Unmet Need Spacing) at the village level, the Kampung KB Program locus managed to experience a decrease in unmet need, a decrease in unmet need for delayed contraception (Unmet Need Spacing). In the movement of shared principles (principled engagement), Rakordes / deliberations at the village level have not run optimally. Shared motivation has been running quite well and the joint commitment to carry out the Kampung KB Program is ratified through a village head decree and the preparation of a community work plan (RKM) by the Kampung KB Cempaka Ramah Anak (Kertas Cemara) Working Group (Pokja). The capacity for joint action is quite reasonable, but it requires a change in scope to the village level so that cross-sectoral involvement, budgeting, programs and activities can be carried out not only at the RW level but throughout the village. Strengthening the implementation of the Kampung KB Program through the Kampung KB competition has not been carried out optimally, especially in screening participants in the Kampung KB competition so that it has not been able to strengthen the transfer of the Kampung KB scope from the RT level to the village level. text
