Weir assets are useful to support their operational activities. Monitoring and maintenance needs to be done regularly to optimize their functions. Infrastructure operator often find it difficult to identify each asset information. Asset management is needed to neatly organize data of these assets. One of methods that can be used is Building Information Modeling (BIM). This research utilizes BIM to link the three-dimensional model with information on each asset such as name of asset, unique code (ID), condition, manufacturing cost, and others. Weir building asset information is attached to the model so the assets will be object-oriented. This collection of information are arranged in a database that is useful for monitoring assets in weir building. This information has graphic and attribute components that can be analyzed through Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI). Database specifications can be determined through its process and product. Based on the results of this research, the output is a three-dimensional database system that has been referring to the Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Citanduy data structure and Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format. The database contains general information of weir building and its assets. Weir assets are categorized into LOD 3 and 4. Weir attributes are categorized into LOI 500. Database specifications which have been made include creating tables, defining relations, normalization, and creating database form to ease the monitoring process. text
