Along with the lack of adequate public transportation alternatives to meet the mobility demands, congestion has become a complex issue in the area. In BBMA, paratransit services commonly known as "angkot" (public minivans) are the most widely used public transportation by the community. Unfortunately, the low quality of angkot services has shifted passenger preferences towards using private vehicles. To improve public transportation performance, the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has developed Trans Metro Pasundan (TMP), covering services around BBMA. However, there has been resistance to the operation of TMP, particularly on the Leuwipanjang–Soreang route, which is one of the factors causing a decline in angkot passengers. Addressing these issues, this study focuses on formulating an intervention to restructure angkot as feeders for TMP to achieve public transportation integration. Referring to the availability of existing routes and the results of the origindestination matrix calculations depicting potential movement demand around the planned routes, six feeder service routes were formulated to serve key activity centers. Additionally, a business model for operating feeder services was developed, including operational performance standards expected to guide the optimization of service quality and fare calculations based on willingness to pay, ability to pay, and vehicle operational costs (BOK). Implementing a feeder fare equal to the shortdistance angkot fare, which is Rp3,000.00, is expected to make the feeder services attractive to passengers. text
