DESIGN OF UPPER STRUCTURE AND BASEMENT MIXED-USE BUILDING IN CENTRAL JAKARTA WITH LINEAR TIME HISTORY ANALYSIS

Mixed-Use Buildings in Central Jakarta City are structures consist of a basement, podium and two unequal height towers, which function as commercial, residential and office centers. The design was carried out using two approaches, namely two-stage analysis based on article 7.2.3.2 SNI 1726:2019 and...

Structural modeling was carried out using ETABS software with the dimensions of each structural element determined based on SNI 2847:2019. Non-earthquake and earthquake loading used in the analysis refers to SNI 1727:2020, ASCE7-22, SNI 1726:2019, SNI 8899:2020 and the Indonesian Earthquake Hazard Deaggregation Map Book. The structural system used is a dual system, namely the Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMF) and the Special Structural Wall (SSW). The structure is designed to meet the requirements of an earthquake resistant structure, which includes the fundamental period of the structure, equivalent lateral earthquake force, double system checking, drift, P-Delta, horizontal and vertical irregularities and redundancy factor. The design of structural element reinforcement is carried out based on the internal forces obtained from the LRFD loading combination. Beam reinforcement design, including bending, shear and torsion reinforcement. Column reinforcement design, including axial-flexural and shear reinforcement. Plate reinforcement design, including flexural and shear reinforcement. Shear wall reinforcement design, including axial-flexural reinforcement, shear and special boundary elements (SBE). text
