INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/81623 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pillars of the Indonesian economy that have contributed to the national GDP by 60.5% and have absorbed 96.9% of the workforce in Indonesia. However, MSMEs are not immune to facing obstacles and challenges, one of which is regarding occupational safety and health (K3) so that it is necessary to evaluate the application of OHS in MSMEs. The variables used in conducting the evaluation are OHS awareness, infrastructure and business conditions, OHS facilities, monitoring and inspection and work accident incidents with business scale as a moderating variable. The research was conducted by compiling and distributing questionnaires to owners or managers of MSMEs with a total of 100 respondents from various types of businesses, namely fashion, culinary, services, trade, construction, crafts, horticulture and industry from micro, small to medium scale businesses. Overall, based on the variables of OSH awareness, infrastructure and business conditions, OSH facilities, and inspection and monitoring, it was found that the industrial business type had the highest mean value with a value of 4.50-5.00 from a range of 1.00-5.00 while the horticultural business type had the lowest value of 2.55-4.75. It was found that the variables of OHS awareness, infrastructure and business condition, OHS facilities, and inspection and monitoring had no significant effect partially with a significance value> 0.05 on the incidence of work accidents. However, if done simultaneously or together, it has a significant effect in reducing the incidence of work accidents by 21.6% and can increase its effect by 46.8% with the moderating variable, namely business scale. The rest of the percentage of 78.4% comes from other variables that have not been studied such as labor behavior and skills. text
