Summary: | Pergerakan Disabilitas dan Lansia (DILANS), an organization focused on advocating for the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities, has initiated a series of activities aimed at enhancing the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities, particularly in the Sumur Bandung District. According to the United Nations Conference on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, accessibility and barrier-free services are among the rights of persons with disabilities that must be met. In order to fulfill accessibility rights for persons with disabilities, the availability of information on the level of accessibility rights fulfillment is crucial as a basis for decision-making and policy formulation. This project aims to produce information in the form of visual thematic maps that can show the level of accessibility rights fulfillment for persons with disabilities in the Sumur Bandung District. The maps produced include the Thematic Map of the Current Condition of Pedestrian and Public Facility Infrastructure for Persons with Disabilities in the Sumur Bandung District and the Map of the Level of Accessibility Rights Fulfillment for Persons with Disabilities regarding Public Facilities. The methods used include OD Cost Matrix Analysis and Spatial Interpolation. The resulting maps are then displayed online on a Dashboard built using ArcGIS Experience Builder features. The products have undergone testing processes such as Interpolation Result Cross Validation, Black Box Testing, and Comparison with Disability Perception Verification Data. |
