One of the data that is very important in maritime navigation needs is meteorological data. Therefore, the IHO introduced S-41X which consists of S-411, S- 412, S-413, and S-414 as part of S-100 to standardize meteorological data in maritime navigation needs. This capstone project aims to provide weather data, particularly significant wave height data adapted to IHO S-100 specifications and standards that can be accessed by users. The product of this capstone project is a data service called NAWH S-100 Project with the Lombok Strait area being the coverage area of this capstone project. The data service in this project is the web-based provision of data and supporting infrastructure to provide access to users. The process of building this product is passed by two main jobs, which are downloading data and converting data using the Python programming language and building supporting web-based infrastructure. Based on product tersting, the product in this capstone project have good quality and service, but still has room to be developed, especially in terms of services and the formation process to be more effective. text |
