Business valuation is a process to estimate the value of the company, whether or not a going concern, including a variety of interests and ownership, as well as transactions and activities that have an influence on firm value (Standard Assessment of Indonesia, 2002). The method is often used in assessing companies is a method of Discounted Cash Flow Valuation is the method of valuation based on present value rule in which a company's value is the present value of expected free cash flow in future. In this final assignment is an assessment of the company PT Inco Tbk with discounted cash flow valuation method where the resulting value of PT Inco Tbk (fair market value of PT Inco Tbk at March 31, 2011) amounting to 2,387,909,944 (in U.S. $) or Rp. 21.491.189.497.136 (assuming exchange rate of rupiah against the U.S. dollar is Rp. 9.000/US $). From the resulting value with discounted cash flow valuation methods are considered more able to describe the value of PT Inco Tbk due in conducting assessments with this method is considered many factors including risk factors, market factors, and factors of the company's financial strength in the future.
