Craft, as a learning practice, encompasses living traditions and meeting modern needs. In this aspect, blustru as a composite, has acoustic capabilities that can be utilized for interior spaces in the form of interior textiles. Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), one aspect of which is acoustic comfort,directly and indirectly impacts human health and productivity. Visual comfort, namely the subjective condition of visual well-being caused by the visual environment, is also an aspect of IEQ. To reduce the health and environmental impact of conventional solutions for these needs, the novel use of natural fiber composites can be provided in the case of luffa processing, which supports indoor environmental quality in the form of absorber panels for interior spaces. Apart from that, the product as an interior craftwork is not merely a functional object, but also has a 'spirit' and a personal connection with the user and the space. text |
