However, this program requires a structured strategy to optimize existing and new potential. This study focuses on the evaluation of 44 wells in Field X, which have been actively producing for more than 50 years. The evaluation process began with a well condition check, followed by well selection using the Heterogeneity Index (HI) method. Wells TMA-31, TMA-32, TMA-43, and TMA-44 were selected based on HI analysis, with one active well and three idle wells. Potential identification was conducted through the Reciprocal rate, Decline Curve Analysis, Cut-cum Plot, and well log reading to determine remaining reserves and the behind casing opportunity. Well performance evaluation uses water diagnostics with the Chan plot method and nodal analysis to assess well production performance. The evaluation results showed that two wells affected water coning and all wells were at the economic limit, so the well required optimization. The water coning problem can be overcome by installing a horizontal impermeable barrier and reducing pressure drawdown. For the economic limit problem, optimization is carried out with artificial lifts selected using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). Permanent Coiled Tubing Gas Lift (PCTGL) was selected from the AHP TOPSIS results. After optimization, production flow rate reached of 118 STBD, 219 STBD, 165 STBD, and 487 STBD, respectively. This study provides an overview of analytical strategies and evaluation methods in well reactivation and optimization to maximize production potential. text
