The geographical characteristics of this regency, which consist of hilly and mountainous regions, combined with high rainfall, significantly increase the risk of landslides. The impacts of these disasters not only cause loss of life and economic losses but also damage infrastructure and buildings. Therefore, in this project, accurate identification of building damage is carried out to enable proper disaster evaluation. The initial process involves identifying land movement phenomena derived from InSAR data to determine high-risk areas. Subsequently, field surveys are conducted to validate the identified areas, resulting in the selection of Cikulur District for further analysis. To determine the detailed impact of building damage, LiDAR and TLS point cloud data are integrated with the MTs Ar-Ribathiyyah Cikulur object. From the integration of these two point cloud sources, an RMSE of 0.265 mm was obtained. The results of this integration will be used to create a 3D BIM model. The 3D BIM model has a depth of detail and information at LOD300, including attribute information on the condition of the building, such as the results of the verticality analysis of the building. This allows for a quantitative assessment of the building's feasibility. text
