ITB Innovation Park is an STP that built in Bandung, more precisely in the Summarecon Bandung area. The project consists of two main buildings built on top of one basement. Both main buildings are constructed with a dual system, a special moment-resisting frame system equipped with special structural shear walls as earthquake load-bearing elements. Both buildings have asymmetrical layouts so that the structures can potentially rotate and behave irregularly. The structural analysis was conducted using a two-stage analysis procedure. Structural modeling and analysis, both upper and lower structures, will be performed using ETABS, SPColumn, and Microsoft Excel software. The separation distance between the two buildings is calculated manually with reference to SNI 1726:2019. The results of the design are structural analysis, buildings separation distance, and reinforced concrete structural elements design including beams, columns, plates, shear walls, diaphragms, and coupling beams. text |
