PT. XYZ produce and sell raw materials for industrial goods, as CPO (crude palm oil), PKO (palm kernel oil), and TBS (tandan buah segar). The products are use as a base material for the production in the customers company. PT. XYZ must have a competitive advantage, especially to produce a precise quality, amount, and time to fulfill order, therefore the customer company production went well.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> One of the most significance sea transportation are for oil carrier, as it is crude oil or fat oil such as CPO. The Tanker specification, trading route, and the distance have an importance part of the price and composition of world oil. <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. XYZ as a producer of CPO must take this opportunity to generate more income by own a private Tanker to deliver the CPO FOB straight to the customer rather than using a third party or a freight company, because the demand of CPO volume is constantly increasing following the world demand of oil. If the project take place in the company strategy, therefore the company efficiency will increase and generate more company income.
