Through this research, the celadon glaze technique is applied to ceramic serveware products as a form of renewal of literature studies on celadon ceramic creation in Indonesia. Ceramic serveware is chosen based on the results of correlation from the Chinese tradition, namely the tangible tradition of celadon ceramics and also the intangible tradition of the Peh Cun celebration culture. The Peh Cun tradition, also known as the Dragon Boat Festival, has one of the unique traditions with philosophical meaning and acculturation value, namely the Bakcang tradition. The presentation of Bakcang, which is a mandatory tradition of Peh Cun, becomes an opportunity to explore the form of utensils commonly used in the implementation of this tradition. The innovation in the form of serveware used for the presentation of Bakcang in the Peh Cun celebration becomes a medium for applying the celadon ceramic glaze technique. This research is intended as a means to preserve and introduce the Bakcang tradition of the Peh Cun celebration through the flow of modern living needs such as the middle-upper class food cuisine. With this innovation, the middleupper class culinary industry will increasingly high value not only from the quality of the food, but also the food utensils that provide value for the tradition within it. text
