The visualization results are a series of interpretations that have different results in each individual. Children's interpretation of art has its own uniqueness, especially because of differences in perspective with the original creators of the art, namely adults. Understanding the interpretation of children with the age group of 7-9 years old, which is a transitional period, is understood by the method of children's visual language. The characteristics and how children retell the masks can be analyzed through the study of children's visual language. This approach is taken to understand how children of this age group interpret symbolic meanings that are understood in a simple way. Children's visual language is used as a method of analysis that explains the layers formed in society regarding the interpretation of art that continues to develop from time to time. Through this research, the creation of works places the artist in a position between the two layers of art interpretation, positioning the style of children's visual language with the incorporation of 'freedom' techniques based on textile media. text
