Description
Summary:Mobile robot is a robot with ability to move freely, including climbing stairs. In this final project, a wheeled mobile robot with the ability to climb stairs using pulley <br /> <br /> <br /> method will be build. This method is implemented to lift and drop the robot's front wheel. To support the method, this robot is also equipped with rear and middle wheel drive. The driver is controlled based on a comparison process of reference voltage with the output from the infrared distance sensor which indicates the distance between the robot and the stairs. Test result shows that this robot was able to climb stairs with heights up to 1.4cm.
