Summary:ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation of ERP represent a procees of implementation in area of IT costly and complex to company. With very big monetary investment which have been released by company for the implementation of ERP affect ERP at productivity and continuity of performance of company business still oftentimes questioned. This phenomenon often referred as with paradox productivity or IT black hole. This phenomenon emerge because of company opinion that when ERP implementation success have or come up with phase of going live, hence company will get the overall of ERP benefits at once. Going live is not the end of a implementation ERP however representing the end of early journey to improvement, innovation, and agility. On that account, overall of ERP benefits business can only reach by company by remain to focus and going concern effort at phase after going live or of post implementation of ERP. Phase after going live or of post implementation ERP represent internal responsibility of company which cannot be delegated to internal third party so that company have to can manage process of post implementation ERP to be able to optimal overall of ERP benefits. <br /> <br /> <br /> At phase of post implementation ERP, the company needs to arrange management of IT (IT Governance) effective by company because overall of ERP benefits can only reach by company at phase of post implementation ERP. Integrate among structure, process and mechanism of relasional represent one unity to conduct IT Governance effectively. Company shall have knowledge how IT Governance including structure integration, process, and mechanism of relasional give contribution in phase of post implementation ERP that is routine operation effectiveness and enhancement effectiveness so that the overall of ERP benefits can reach by company. Structure inelude;organization structure of IT and roles & responsibility; process include IT business alignment and IT benefits management; mechanism of relasional include communications and knowledge sharing.
