Summary: | The process of using and leveraging digital technology to alter how companies run,
engage with clients, and provide value is known as digital transformation. In order
to improve productivity, competitiveness, and customer focus in the digital age, it
entails reevaluating conventional business models.
Different kinds of contemporary applications that combine a range of user
requirements into a single platform have been developed. In addition to acting as
e-commerce platforms, these apps offer other services including online
transportation, package delivery, digital payments, messaging, and even food
delivery.
Mobile e-commerce apps have completely changed how businesses and customers
shop. Bypassing conventional retail channels, these applications give businesses a
platform to offer their goods and services directly to customers. Customers may
shop anytime, anyplace with their easy, personalized, and seamless shopping
experience. The user experience is improved by features including real-time order
tracking, safe payment options, reviews, and product search. They also give
companies access to priceless consumer data, which helps with targeted advertising
and better customer support.
But issues like data security, privacy, and keeping users interested still exist. Future
studies and advancements in this area seek to resolve these problems, thereby
establishing mobile applications for e-commerce as a crucial component of the
world's retail environment.
Applications ought to take into account how their activities in the neighborhood
market will affect society. This covers corporate social responsibility, which
encompasses things like strengthening the neighborhood, protecting the
environment, and endorsing worthwhile social projects. Since local markets may
have different levels of internet access, programs should be made to function well
even with erratic or sluggish network conditions. Applications ought to give local
iv
retailers that might not be very knowledgeable about e-commerce technology
guidance and assistance. This aids in their efficient business management.
However, the conventional market, which is a vital source of revenue for small-
scale dealers, has not yet been covered by these applications. In Indonesia,
conventional markets are still dominated by non-technical traders who prefer to
conduct business directly and deal with clients face-to-face. Applications have the
ability to link small traders in traditional markets with potential purchasers outside
the market through real-time ordering and delivery systems. Applications can
therefore aid in boosting small traders' revenue and broadening their market reach.
Furthermore, providing valuable consumer data to businesses enables targeted
marketing and improved customer service. However, challenges such as data
security, privacy concerns, and maintaining user engagement persist. Future
research and development in this field aim to address these issues, making e-
commerce mobile applications an integral part of the national retail landscape.
Moreover, giving companies access to important consumer data facilitates more
focused marketing efforts and better customer support. But issues like data security,
privacy, and keeping users interested still exist. The goal of this field's future
research and development is to solve these problems, integrating mobile e-
commerce applications into the fabric of Indonesia's retail industry.
The maintenance of application performance security in the development of cyber
security infrastructure is accomplished by cloud analytics services like Google
Cloud Armor, which comprises API Defense and ReCaptcha Enterprise. The
primary database is chosen based on the requirements, and configuration
management using Ansible to achieve optimal efficiency and coordination is done
through API Gateways, like the GCP API Gateway, which are used to manage and
secure access to microservices. The design architecture guarantees great
availability, scalability, and efficiency in later development with this foundation.
This app is a platform that shows merchandise from conventional retailers and is
accessible from a number of devices. In an effort to improve the welfare of the
merchants, e-commerce aims to assist society and the government in raising
merchant income and the government's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). |
