The nicotine content in smoke of cigarette A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I was 0.23 +/- 0.01, 0.26 +/- 0.01, 0.25 +/- 0.01, 0.25 +/- 0.01, 0.25 +/- 0.01, 0.18 +/- 0.02, 1.12 +/- 0.04, 1.37 +/- 0.05, 1.42 +/- 0.06 mg/g tobacco and in lung, kidney and liver 20.79 +/- 1.52, 0.98 +/- 0.05 and 3.53 +/- 0.26 pg/g organ respectively. text |
