INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/82738 The vertical housing concept is a solution to the problem of housing needs due to high population growth and limited land available in Jakarta. The use of limited land results in architects' design results in utilizing space not only considering the function of a building but with the development of science and technology it can produce various forms of design models. This affects the behavior and performance of structures in receiving loads, especially strong earthquake loads such as in Indonesia. As it develops, there are changes in the consequences due to irregularities in the building structure, as regulated in ASCE 7-22. However, currently there are no adjustments to the SNI Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building Structures used in Indonesia regarding these changes. Therefore, it is important for us to know the changes that occur and their consequences for the building planning process. This final assignment aims to analyze comparison of performance results of consequent structures application consequences of torque irregularities based on SNI 1726:2019 and ASCE 7-22. The structure was designed using a dual system, namely SRPMK (Special Moment Resisting Frame System) and SDSK (Special Structural Wall System). Then, performance analysis was carried out using the pushover method to determine the comparison of performance levels between the two models. In conclusion, both structural models produce Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance levels for global performance. In local performance, the SNI 1726:2019 structural model produces Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance levels. Meanwhile, the ASCE 7-22 model produces Life Safety (LS) levels in local performance. text
