Cirebon City is located on the coast, the percentage of green open space is very minimal, and global warming in Cirebon City also causes an increase in environmental temperature. thus causing the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. Therefore, this research identifies the potential for implementing blue-green infrastructure to help control floods and reduce environmental temperatures in Cirebon City. This research will use 2 types of data, namely secondary data from various related agencies and primary data from the results of interviews and questionnaires with agencies. The research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research will focus on spatial analysis and hierarchical process analysis (AHP) in determining potential locations for implementing blue-green infrastructure based on predetermined criteria and expert opinions. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there are 12 criteria for determining the type and location of blue green infrastructure from the results of the literature study and expert validation. These criteria include Drainage Area, Land Slope, Land Ownership, Hydrological Soil Group, Groundwater Depth, Road Buffer, River Buffer, Building Buffer, Land Use Compatibility with Spatial Plan, Flood Prone Areas, Existence of other Utility Networks. Of the 12 criteria used, there is a criterion that has the greatest influence, namely the land use criterion (0.141/14%) indicating that this criterion is the most important compared to other criteria. Based on the results of weighting and scoring using the AHP method, Cirebon City has the potential to implement 8 types of blue green infrastructure, namely Green Corridor, Bioretention, and Grassed swales, Constructed Wetland, Dry Pond, infiltration basin, Vegetated filter strip, Sand filter non surface with a total area of 154 hectares or 4% of the total of Cirebon City. text |

The rapid growth of Cirebon City along with its role as an urban center in the
Ciayumajakuning area has encouraged an increase in the rate of change in builtup land. Changes in land development at an uncontrolled rate indirectly have
negative impacts on the environment, economy and society. Cirebon City in general
still applies conventional infrastructure or gray infrastructure that pays little
attention to the environment to reduce runoff in dealing with floods. Cirebon City
is located on the coast, the percentage of green open space is very minimal, and
global warming in Cirebon City also causes an increase in environmental
temperature. thus causing the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. Therefore,
this research identifies the potential for implementing blue-green infrastructure to
help control floods and reduce environmental temperatures in Cirebon City. This
research will use 2 types of data, namely secondary data from various related
agencies and primary data from the results of interviews and questionnaires with
agencies. The research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative
approaches. The research will focus on spatial analysis and hierarchical process
analysis (AHP) in determining potential locations for implementing blue-green
infrastructure based on predetermined criteria and expert opinions. Based on the
results of the analysis, it was found that there are 12 criteria for determining the
type and location of blue green infrastructure from the results of the literature study
and expert validation. These criteria include Drainage Area, Land Slope, Land
Ownership, Hydrological Soil Group, Groundwater Depth, Road Buffer, River
Buffer, Building Buffer, Land Use Compatibility with Spatial Plan, Flood Prone
Areas, Existence of other Utility Networks. Of the 12 criteria used, there is a
criterion that has the greatest influence, namely the land use criterion (0.141/14%)
indicating that this criterion is the most important compared to other criteria.
Based on the results of weighting and scoring using the AHP method, Cirebon City
has the potential to implement 8 types of blue green infrastructure, namely Green
Corridor, Bioretention, and Grassed swales, Constructed Wetland, Dry Pond,
infiltration basin, Vegetated filter strip, Sand filter non surface with a total area of
154 hectares or 4% of the total of Cirebon City. |
