The fluctuation came from the time when universe was 3000000 years old and believed to be the seed for the large scale structure that we see today. CMB temperature fluctuation arised from gavitational potential fluctuation at the time of decoupling that stretched into cosmic scale eversince. By studying the power spectrum of the CMB temperature fluctuation and the power spectrum of the galaxy distribution, we hope to probe the relation between CMB temperature fluctuation and mass density fluctuation. The analyses was done by observing how the variations of a few cosmological parameters affect both power spectra using a movie of the power spectra developed by Tegmark (2004). Furthermore, I analyzed the possible physical processes which gave end results as reflected by the shape of the power spectra. The analyses was done particularly on certain cosmological parameter, namely baryon density, dark matter density, and cosmological constant density. I chose to analyze these parameters because they have big role in the evolution of the universe. The dark matter and cosmological constant together, they determine the value of the Hubble costant, H, which is the rate of the expansion of the universe.
