Human heath is one of a major needs to fulfil. Health means good dan balance condition of physical and mental. In this time, condition of people’s health which lives in big city are not well and balance perfectly, therefore they are need some health treatment. Spa can be a good health treatment in some methods. A Destination Spa is a facility for health treatment with long periods, hence it needs time for staying. Recreation activity also common in Destination Spa, because it helps people to get relaxation. Spa tradition in Indonesia was done in Keraton Surakarta and Yogyakarta with traditional methods. Keraton spa methods has good effort for health and culture value that needs to exist in further time. Keraton spa methods can gives special value in its services and facilities in destination spa. A destination spa needs to has an environmental health for physical and mental characteristic, so a room can give a health therapy by its elements. This destination spa also needs Interior design that can support mentally and physically health treatment, so some space can also be a health theraphy with the contribution of interior design. Interior design in this Destination Spa also needs to give the value of Spa Keraton’s culture as a conservation element of Spa Keraton’s tradition and culture.
