Recently laser scanner aplication become more populer, one of that is for offshore oil platform construction measurement. Data processing of Zakum platform measurement result an 3 dimension (3D) model of offshore platform with surface acuracy at each part of the structure is less than 6 mm. This model give a very big contribution for the advance analysis of structure and piping. text
