This also applies to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because they involve physical activity in the implementation of their production. In this study, identification and analysis of occupational fatigue in 30 workers from 9 MSMEs grouped into 3 sectors, namely mushroom cultivation, food, and convection in Solokanjeruk District as well as work environment factors and individual factors that have the potential to cause fatigue in workers. The independent variables tested in this study include individual factors (age, medical history, smoking habits, sleep quality, marital status, side jobs, years of service, work duration) and work environment factors (noise, WBGT, and dry temperature). Fatigue data was collected using the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire, noise intensity was measured four times using a Sound Level Meter (SLM), WBGT and dry temperature was measured using a QuesTemp 340 during the day because it is the time that workers feel the hottest. Analysis of work environment factors that have the most influence on work fatigue is noise, while the individual factor that has the most influence on work fatigue is smoking habits. Recommendations that can be made to reduce noise are by controlling from sources, media, and receptors and implementing healthy living habits for workers who have smoking habits text
