Economic value added focuses on <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> creating value added for a company. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I this Final Assignment, a model of financial analysis system is designed based on ratio Radar and Economic value added, both of them complete each other with their own advantages. The purpose of designing this model is to understand the system in the real world and to portray it into a formal abstraction. Methodology used to design the model is System Dynamics. This methodology makes it easier to understand a system and to transform it into computer-based simulation model. The final result is a flow map diagram, including mathematical equation, developed using simulation tools Powersim (Power Simulation). By using this model, it will be easier for user to learn financial system, to simulate financial decisions that must be taken, and to see how is the effect of the decisions I companys financial performance, which in this case is measured by ratio Radar and economic value added. Neverthless this model still need more validation, model formulation, and further development, e.g. by adding other subsectors beside financial sector to the model, in order to makes its behavior closer to the real system. <br /> text |
