IT Governance management , is a form of plan to implement and using IT that
used by organization to reach vision, mission, and goal. IT management is a
process to direct and control organisation in achieving the organisation goal with
adding value that balancing risk using IT and its process.
This thesis will recommend IT Governance make in two domains are planning
and organization and the second domain is acquisition and implementation,
which is each domain will determine by Critical Success Factor, Goal Indicator
and Performance Indicator. Every domain consist of control process that will map
using maturity model that will show today conditions.
Cobit is one of standard method that can help to design good IT governance dan
can help user to manage IT effectively as its vision, mission and goal.
Result of IT Governance development Planning and Organization domain for
Manage Human Resource process, is on defined position and for manage quality
process on repeateable position. Mean while for Acquisition and Implementation
domain for Install and Acrredit system process and Manage changes on
repeateable position. |
