Gas demand is estimated to exceed the supply capacity of several Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractors in the Sulawesi area. JOB PMTS as PSC Contractor which manages the ANH gas field also experienced the same thing. Based on the reservoir simulation result, if gas demand is assumed to be the same as current conditions, there will be a shortage of gas supply starting in 2031. This shortage of gas supply is a natural condition because there are no new projects to develop this field, causing limited reservoir capacity and facilities to delivers gas on demand. The selection of field development projects must be done carefully. The decisionmaking process begins by exploring the company's values represented by four experts. This value will be the basis for determining criteria and sub-criteria which will later be used as consideration in selecting development scenarios. There are four criteria and eight sub-criteria obtained using the Value Focused Thinking method approach. Data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires with experts and analysed by the author. The weighting of criteria and sub-criteria is determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method through a comparative survey of experts. Alternative solutions for field development were obtained using the Focused Group Discussion method. There are three solutions that will be compared by experts. From the results of the survey conducted, the Project Profitability criterion is the criterion with the largest weight score of 0.529, while the most important subcriteria are the Profitability Index (PI) ratio and Net Present Value (NPV) with global weight scores of 0.266 and 0.263 respectively. The selected solution based on the analysis is scenario two with a weight score of 0.477 and an inconsistency value of 0.05. The scope of work for this scenario is drilling 9 wells, building a pipeline and installing a compressor which is divided into two stages starting with the MP-HP compressor and the LP-MP compressor. text |
