Bandung is one of the most popular destinations to visit for tourism. Bandung Regency is known as a natural and cultural tourist destination as a superior tourist attraction. The number of tourist visit to tourist attractions in Bandung Regency has increased again after going through the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the number of tourist visits using accommodation facilities tends to be low compared to visits to tourist attractions. This is based on the limited number of accommodations and no elements that attract tourists to use accommodation facilities. The purpose of this research is to design accommodation facilities in the Ciwidey tourist area, Bandung Regency, in an effort to increase the number of accommodations and increase tourist interest in using accommodation using the Sundanese cultural approach as a leading tourist attraction of Bandung Regency as a potential owned by Bandung Regency. The data collection method used is by using mixed methods, including direct observation to several tourist attractions in Ciwidey, literature studies. And make comparisons with similar facilities. The design of this resort is expected to be a solution to the lack of interest in tourists using accommodation facilities, grow the local micro economy, open many jobs, especially in Ciwidey District, Bandung Regency, as well as efforts to introduce one of the cultural diversity in Indonesia, namely Sundanese Culture.
