Description
Summary:This scientific research aims to explore and identify the existing relationship between stress management and personalization activities in the context of interior spaces, with a focus on a case study involving the design of a boutique resort. Stress management is a key element in individual well-being, and its connection with interior space design, particularly within the scope of a boutique resort, remains an underexplored research area. The research analyzes effective stress management strategies and how these strategies can be integrated with personalized activities within interior spaces. By designing a boutique resort, this study will uncover interior design elements that can contribute to stress management and evaluate to what extent personalization activities can positively impact the well-being of boutique resort occupants. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable contributions to the development of interior design practices that focus on mental health aspects and the well-being of occupants in interior spaces.
