Effort to know cracks existence, orientation and characteristic done with data collecting of cracks through core orienting. Result of this research is then analyzed by using Slope Mass Rating (SMR) analysis to know the slope stability condition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Result of research indicates that in general the condition of rock mass faced is classified in good until very good rock mass class. This means that slope of G-6/PB-8 South stay in stable situation with possibility of slide happened only some small block. Slope plan (slope angle (dip) dan slope dip dir) applied have good enough so that slope supporting not be needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rock mass classification method of SMR very limited in analyzing slope stability because it is cannot accommodate influence of slope geometry to condition of slope stability. This method is useless if its only guidance applied to slope analyzing and design. Therefore, needed an furthermore research by using slope modeling of numerical method. <br /> text |
