Summary:Mierakigai is a consulting company that provides digital marketing strategy services for SMEs. Mierakigai’s clients mostly market their products digitally using platforms such as Meta Ads, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. As part of its responsibility to its clients, Mierakigai creates monthly reports on the execution results of digital marketing strategies. However, Mierakigai’s current reporting system for digital marketing strategy performance is inefficient, leading to delays in delivering information to clients. The root cause of this issue is the use of Microsoft Excel, which has limitations in integrating data from various sources. Based on this root cause, the proposed solution is to design an efficient business intelligence dashboard system prototype to evaluate digital marketing strategy performance. The business intelligence (BI) dashboard system prototype is developed through a series of stages following Hariyanti’s (2008) dashboard development methodology, with some modifications. There are four main stages of this dashboard development: (1) identifying needs, (2) planning the dashboard development, (3) designing the dashboard system prototype, and (4) evaluating the dashboard system prototype. This study results in the proposal of 18 standard digital marketing KPI metrics for Mierakigai, the components of the BI dashboard system, and the BI dashboard system prototype. The supporting tools used to design this BI dashboard system are Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power BI. The proposed standard KPI metrics and BI dashboard system prototype have been verified and validated to meet dashboard specifications and company needs.
