TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY AND INNOVATION CAPABILITY ANALYSIS ON STARTUP BUSINESSES UNDER THE GREATER HUB SBM ITB SUPERVISION

In this modern era, more and more young people are interested in building their own businesses, technology-based businesses which are often also referred to as startup companies. In order to be able to compete and survive in the many competitions between startup companies, quite a few agencies have set up incubators for startup businesses to develop their ideas and achieve their goals, one of which is The Greater Hub SBM ITB. Therefore, this study aims to understand the technological capability and innovation capability of startup companies under The Greater Hub SBM ITB supervision. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with an online survey to collect data and average scores to analyze the relationship between variables. The number of samples is 12 respondents who are tenants of The Greater Hub SBM ITB spread across several regions in Indonesia. The results of this study are that startup companies under The Greater Hub SBM ITB supervision utilize technology both in their company operations and product output as proof of technological capability. Companies also have innovation capability because it has been proven that with innovation, companies can develop an innovative culture, understand and respond to the external environment, and helps solve problem. This study also indicates that there is a relationship between technological capability and innovation capability.
