According to TTDI index, West Kalimantan need improvements in several aspects, such as digital competitiveness, total internet search, government budget allocation, and infrastructure. Currently The Youth Sport and Tourism Agency has promoted its tourism through the current tourism information centre, but the existing platform has not fully realized its potential due to limited tourist-focused features. This research defines stakeholder roles in tourism development and promotion in West Kalimantan, analyzes challenges and needs, and proposes improvements for a collaborative and inclusive tourism model using the E-TIC platform. Data was collected through interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires with key stakeholders, including the West Kalimantan tourism agency, tour operators, local communities, and tourist. Thematic analysis revealed key themes such as information management, technological infrastructure, feedback mechanisms, stakeholder engagement, capacity building and development, and governance & policy framework. Key findings highlight the need for effective information sharing and personalized tourist experiences. Integrating digital platforms for tourism management and feedback is crucial. Stakeholder collaboration and community involvement are essential, alongside training programs and adequate budget allocations. The proposed solution involves transforming the E-TIC platform into a dynamic hub for interaction, emphasizing value co-creation and orchestration. text
