INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/83430 SKKMIGAS as a special unit formed by the government has launched Indonesia's oil and gas production of 1 million bopd and 12 bscfd in 2030. As part of the oil and gas company, PT Pertamina EP (PEP) also supports the program, with various work plans that have an impact on increasing production in all PEP work areas. One of them is the Jatibarang oil field. The Jatibarang field is a field that has been produced since 1971 so that it has experienced a decrease in production, until now the jatibarang field is predominantly produced using Gas Lift (GL). However, over time, GL is no longer optimal and has an impact on Low & Off production, so this problem needs to be dealt with immediately in order to maintain the production of Jatibarang structure. The researcher used SWOT Analysis and the Kepner Tregoe Method as well as field data to find the root of the problem. With these two methods, it was found that the decrease in production was caused by the unoptimal gas Lift wells caused by the Valve of Gas Lift is often not working properly and the injection gas supply was not optimal. Furthermore, the researcher using of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to select appropriate of Artificial Lift method to replace GL, based on the criteria: Cost, Production, Low Rate, Trajectory and Time to installation with the goal of increasing production. The results of AHP were obtained that Artificial Lift Hydraulic Pumping Unit (HPU) is the best alternative solution with a score of 57.5% compared to ESP and Plunger Lift. And the criterion with the highest score is Production with a value of 45.5%. So that this lifting conversion program will continue to be carried out in the next Gas Lift wells. text
