Summary:The program of community's empowerment is one of the government initiative to minimalize the discrepancy and the social imbalance toward the development products. The effort of the program for community empowerment by means of raise someone's cows for a share in the product has intends to lessen problems unemployment and increase of farm added value through diversification of farmer's livelihood, also the potensial area for dairy farming activities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research intends to know the influence of this program toward the increase of rural economy in Argomulyo, Salatiga. This research methode uses the qualitative research with the case study by means of assembling the primer data, by deeply interview and directly survey to the research location. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The research indicates that the development of dairy cow venture able to increase the economical activities in the rural people, and has experienced diversification and integrated between upstream agribusiness and downstream agribusiness. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Hereinafter, research to farmer individual indicates that the succes of the farmer in dairy farming depends on the motivation of the farmer, what influenced by confidence to their product marketing. The empowerment of community's economics has not optimal because they still uses the traditional management and it have not become the efficient business yet. <br />
