Too many product and services of banks that hanging on infrastructure IT support. Manager find decisions on investments infrastructure IT were difficult because they have pressure to fulfill the recently need. The limited capabilities on infrastructure IT could disturb business process.<p>Management by maxim used the framework of though understanding of a company's strategic context. Managers could identify business and information technology maxims that can help them determine the IT infrastructure capabilities necessary to achieve their business goals. Exploratory case analysis of bank 'XYZ' was use to understand the ways of company strategy context influences infrastructure.<p>Infrastructure assessment result there were 18 infrastructures IT services from 23 services. The company currently had a dependent view, but to achieve it maxim, it would need to change to an enable view. By maxim approach bank 'XYZ' should add 3 services and some services needed to expand. Enable will give more flexibility in the business process. The thesis result I hope could use for the company that business by technology-driven.
