Freeport Indonesia continues to encourage involvement and partnership with all stakeholders in finding the best solutions to overcome the social investment challenges it faces. In this way, companies can provide optimal benefits for society and encourage program sustainability. This research presents the achievements and challenges of social investment programs in the education sector, especially for Tomawin scholarship recipients. PT. Freeport Indonesia strives to fulfill its commitment to realizing sustainable development, especially for the communities around the company. This report is also a form of application of the principles of efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the use of PT resources. PT. Freeport Indonesia in the social investment program. PT. Freeport Indonesia hopes that this report can help stakeholders monitor the company's social investment performance from time to time. This research was conducted using a mix approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The analysis used to use the SWOT, TOWS and Smart Respondent methods in this research included directors and employees of PT. Freeport Indonesia. The research results show that the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method can help determine the eligibility of scholarship recipients, increase program effectiveness, and ensure that Tomawin scholarship assistance from the Freeport Indonesia social investment program can be given to students who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
