Summary: | A healthy lifestyle is a quality of life that should be embraced by all individuals to create
a high-quality life. The main aspect determining a healthy lifestyle is the consistency of
circadian rhythms, commonly known as biological clocks, which regulate sleep patterns and
other aspects such as eating habits and physical activity. Unfortunately, many Indonesians,
especially the Generation Z living in urban areas with a fast-paced lifestyle, have yet to adopt
a healthy lifestyle by maintaining their circadian rhythms due to various internal and external
factors. This campaign design proposes the dissemination of information to enhance
knowledge and awareness of the importance of circadian rhythm maintenance in building a
healthy lifestyle. The goal is to guide Generation Z in preserving their circadian rhythms
through a campaign employing communication strategies based on visual communication
design principles. The methods used include literature review, observation, expert interviews,
