Summary:PT X is a manufacturing company specializing in the sheet metal industry, focusing on fabrication and assembly manufacturing. Based on interviews, the Sales & Marketing Division faces challenges in achieving Purchase Order (PO) targets and action goals, primarily due to an internal factor, which is the learning rate. Knowledge transfer in this division is still conducted manually through training programs & learning by doing, but the training materials are not standardized, and their storage is unstructured. Informal discussions with other divisions indicate that the work performed by this division has not achieved the desired efficiency level, particularly in inter-divisional coordination. Considering these issues, this research aims to design a knowledge management system based on Notion. The research includes data collection through interviews, which are processed using thematic analysis. Subsequently, the business processes of the Sales & Marketing Division are mapped using the Process Classification Framework (PCF), and the knowledge needs are mapped using the Business Process Oriented Knowledge Management (BPOKM). Finally, a knowledge management system based on Notion is designed. The research findings indicate that the Sales & Marketing Division has one level 1 business process, six level 2 business processes, and six level 3 business processes, with thirty-four identified knowledge needs. To accommodate all identified knowledge needs, tools such as collaborative writing, document sharing, and video creation are used for the knowledge capture and/or creation stage, file sharing tools for the knowledge sharing & dissemination stage, and content management tools & work grouping/team collaboration workspaces for the knowledge acquisition & application stage. All these tools are integrated by creating databases and pages on Notion.
