Description
Summary:A landscape refers to the natural scenery encompassing physical elements such as mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as non-physical elements like history, culture, and the emotions associated with a place. This work aims to explore and reconstruct the elements of landscapes encountered during travels to various locations, blending visually observed elements in nature with an artistic approach. The creative process begins with photographing intriguing natural objects, followed by capturing forms, structures, and contour lines, which are then transformed into sketches on paper. The use of watercolor and colored pencils allows for the creation of depth and transparency, adding an extra dimension to the artwork. Each visual element is composed with consideration for harmony and balanced composition to express the complexity of the landscapes experienced during the journey. The final result of this process is an artwork that not only visually reflects the natural scenery but also conveys the experiences and moments the artist went through during the creation process. Through this approach, the work successfully combines visual impressions of nature into a more abstract and structured form, creating a unique visual harmony. The artwork also invites viewers to contemplate the depth of meaning within, demonstrating how visual elements of the landscape can be integrated and elaborated in the drawing medium to create art that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also evokes the emotions from the audience.
