ISOLASI SOLASODIN DARI SOLANUM KHASIANUM C.B. CLARKE DAN SINTESIS 16-DPA
The isolation of solasodin of the Solanum khasianum C.B. Clarke fruits was carried out. The fruits were harves ted on September 1982, at the Manako Experimental Plantation, Lembang, Bandung. By use of water and 3% acetic acid, the glikoalkaloid was extracted and the precipitated by use of 25% ammoni...

Clarke fruits was carried out. The fruits were harves ted on September 1982, at the Manako Experimental Plantation, Lembang, Bandung. By use of water and 3% acetic acid, the glikoalkaloid was extracted and the precipitated by use of 25% ammonia. The hydrolysis was performed by use of 2 N Chloride acid and in a metanol sphere of influence. The purification and the separation of compounds were performed in the coloumn chromatography, the recrystalization was done by means of metanol, and thin layer chromatography preparative and the subsequent recrystalization were carried out by use of aceton. The modified German method of 16-DPA syntesis was used. The isolation performed had produced three compounds, i.e: the solasodin (melting point of 203°C), the SP2 (melting point of 173°C), and the SP3 (showed blue-green-fluorecency under the ultra violet beam). The syntesis products showed the spots which one of them has the same value of Rf with the 16-DPA reference at the thin layer chromatography\'s examination. text |
