Description
Summary:Increasing competition, global mobility, democratization of education, the rising concept of continuous learning, and the loss of boundaries between industries push higher education institutions to carry out digital transformation to remain relevant. Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) is a state university that has its own information system, which is the Sistem Informasi Administrasi Terpadu (SIAT). As of now, the development and maintenance of SIAT are currently carried out sporadically, with no prior analysis carried out for information system development planning. This research uses the DeLone and McLean’s Information Systems Success Model to evaluate the current performance of SIAT so that it can be used as basis for SIAT development planning. Assessment of each dimension of information system success is done by distributing questionnaires to UNPAD employees who are active users of SIAT. The assessment results were then used for model analysis with the PLS-SEM method, significant relationships were found between system quality to user satisfaction and user satisfaction to net benefits. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness (net benefit) of SIAT, it will be beneficial to improve system quality. One of the indicators of system quality is usability, so it is proposed to evaluate the usability of the Integrated Administrative Information System (SIAT).
