THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERT SYSTEM TO OVER PLANNING IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Planning system is kind of task that has many working of irrigation structure inside with various type and shape. From this type and shape, we could have aconcern to observe and made some planning of irrigation system concept based on software program to beating out and planned that irrigation building which suitable used in irrigation. Many type and shape of irrigation building that inspecting in this paper including, structure meter, structure regulator, structure meter and regulator, structure of anaergy-damper and structure plunge, is the most set of irrigation system that play an important part, as an unity and needed to regulate of water irrigation start from supplying, withdrawal, dividing, distributing, using and drainage. On this dissertation has developed an expert system program as aid to took and decisin formating that using in irrigation system plans include building meter, building regulator, building meter and regulator, building of energy-damper and building plunge based on knowledge and database that has by each upon water building. In explore the physycal condition of building meter, building regulator, building meter and regulator, building of energy-damper and building plunge to the next phase that is maintenance phase either fixing damage. The developments of this expert system program do with use of programming that orienting to Microsoft Visual Basic. The used of Microsoft Visual Basic enable for inferensce machine separate from database and knowledge base. It is possible, because inside Microsoft Visual Basic doing some capsulation become different objects. The benefit that we would rich is the easy of next development at this expert system, neither intelligent upgrade nor task characteristic. This expert system succeeded interprets all of planning irrigation system including building meter, building regulator, building meter and regulator, building of energy-damper and building plunge with clear and accurate. These is caused by database and knowledge base that has from textbook about building meter, building regulator, building meter and regulator, building of energy-damper and building plunge that is basis knowledge of decision maker by expert system.
