One of these diversities can be seen from one of the big days in Indonesia, namely Nyepi Day. In its implementation, Nyepi has several series of traditional ceremonies that involve many other cultures such as Ogoh-ogoh. This entire series combines a tradition, culture and art that has spiritual and social values, as well as deep meaning for humans and nature. Therefore, as the younger generation, we should help preserve Indonesian culture so that it is better known. Choosing the right media and good storytelling techniques can help introduce culture, especially to the younger generation. Semi-documentary films will package and introduce culture in an interesting way that will show the existing reality. The benefit of this design is to preserve the Nyepi culture, especially to the younger generation who are non-Hindu outside Bali. The research was conducted using data collection methods through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literacy studies. The results of the study showed that semi-documentary films can show the Nyepi and Ogoh-ogoh cultures in an interesting way that will help preserve this culture. text
