FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY OF AN F&B BUSINESS : CASE STUDY OF SATE XX EXPRESS

This study evaluates the financial feasibility of establishing Sate XX Express, a new takeaway concept of the Sate XX restaurant in Jl. Gatot Subroto, Bandung. Utilizing financial metrics such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Profitability Index, the analysis aims to determine the project's viability. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews, observations, and scenario analysis was conducted to account for potential risks. The results indicate that Sate XX Express is financially feasible, with a positive NPV of Rp240,305,914 an IRR of 33%, a payback period of 3.04 years, and a profitability index of 1.81. These findings suggest that PT XYZ should proceed with the project to capitalize on the growing demand in the F&B market in Bandung, ensuring strategic measures are implemented to maintain customer levels and manage expenses effectively.
